Halloween 2016

This year for our costumes we decided to keep it inexpensive.  Charlotte was Elsa, Luke was a soccer player (since he already had all the gear), and I was his loyal fan wearing his team shirt.
We attended the annual Trunk or Treat at our church where Charlotte was quite successful playing the games and winning little prizes.  Whenever she got something new she proceeded to place all of her attention on it until the next new item she got took all her attention.  Everything is so fascinating to little children.  I love how she studies it out and thinks it is the most amazing invention ever!

On Halloween day I placed our traditional dinner in a pumpkin in the oven and then we met up with some friends to go trick or treating.  Lottie loves her friend Quinn and enjoyed being pushed from house to house by her.  They did quite well saying "Trick or Treat" and "Thank you", although that last one could have been improved a little ;)  They were quick to run to the next house once they realized they were being handed free candy!

In the words of Charlotte, "Bye Halloween!"
